Custom Measured Glass Orders - Cancellation Policy
Custom measured / cut glass orders including Bathrooms separators, doors, mirrors, Tempered Glass, Glass Shelves, Glass Table Tops etc cannot be cancelled or altered once glass order has been processed. No replacements or money re-fund is possible in this case.
Cancellation of custom glass orders are possible only if the customer request by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within one hour after the purchase, refund for such cancellation will be done as per refund policy given below.
Cancellation / Return policy for finished products
If the item has any manufacturing defect you may cancel and return it. This should be reported within 24 hours, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 5 days of purchase*. Such product must be returned without any damage or any scratch in their original package and packed the same way it was shipped to qualify for any replacement or refund. A copy of the invoice should also be attached with the package.
In case of any or damage, damaged in transit this must be reported to the delivery team or customer care immediately. The customer is required to open and inspect the items at the time of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packages and packed the same way it was shipped to qualify for any refund. A copy of the invoice should also be attached with the package.
Refund of amount for all cancelled products (as per our cancellation policy) will be completed within 12 working days.
How to request Refund
If you are eligible for refund you have to request by sending an email to email@example.com with order ID and product details.
* Including Sundays & other Holidays
